Yarrow essential oil originates from France and Hungary.

Yarrow essential oil is extracted through the process of steam distillation from the plants leaves and flowering tops.

Antiseptic, relaxing, stress releasing, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, hypotensive, carminative, diaphoretic, digestive, stomach and tonic substance.

High content of chamazulene content give Yarrow its excellent anti-septic and anti-inflammatory properties, helping to treat wounds, burns, rashes, sores and skin conditions such as acne, eczema and psoriasis.

Yarrows astringent and regulating properties make it beneficial for balancing oily skin, hair and scalp conditions. Yarrow can also help strengthen the hair shaft, treat split ends, stimulate new hair growth and promote a healthy scalp.  

The oil increases perspiration and helps in the removal of toxins, extra salt and water from the body.

Yarrow blends well with Angelica, Cedarwood, Oakmoss, Valerian and Vetivert.
