Amanda Newman has a First-Class Honours Degree in Herbal Medicine and is a member of the UK’s leading professional herbal medicine body, NIMH (the National Institute of Medical Herbalists).

Amanda uses plant-based medicine (Herbal Medicine), nutrition support, medical testing, lifestyle adaptations and high-quality supplements to help her patients improve their health. Herbal Medicine is formulated especially for you and your health plan may include a combination of the modalities mentioned previously.

Medical herbalists are able to help with a wide range of complaints including menopausal symptoms, menstrual cycle difficulties, fatigue, stress management, digestive issues, musculo-skeletal problems and, insomnia in addition to more acute conditions such as seasonal coughs and colds.

Health Coaching

This is for people who would like support implementing the lifestyle changes that are needed to make long lasting improvements.  Knowing what to do but not how to do it can be frustrating and stand in the way of your success.   

Health Coaching can help reduce the stress often experienced when trying to change ingrained habits that do not support good health.  The programme uses simple, easy to do steps that teaches how to incorporate natural, healthy living practices into your daily routine and empower you to reach your health goals.
