How do I order from the Health Emporium website?
Simply follow the steps on the screen. You can add the items you require to your Shopping Basket and when you have finished shopping move on to the Checkout where your details and method of payment will be recorded. You can check the Shopping Basket at any time to check what you have bought, without disrupting your sale.
What if I don't want to order online?
We realise that not everyone is comfortable with online shopping. We therefore also accept telephone orders. Just phone 01462 436881. You may reach our answer phone but leave your details and we will get back to you promptly.
What about Delivery Charges?
Delivery charges are per order and vary according to destination. All orders will be sent via 1st or 2nd class Royal Mail or Airmail post.

Delivery charges will be added at checkout.
Orders placed after 3.30pm for next day delivery will go the following day due to Post Office opening times.
How do I pay for my order?
We can only accept payment by Visa Card or MasterCard Credit Card from customers outside the UK, or additionally by Debit Card if they live within the UK. Transactions are conducted via our Secure Server. This means your card details are encrypted before being sent to us and fully protects any confidential information from prying eyes.
We also accept payment for telephone orders by cheque, postal order or bankers draft. Goods will not be dispatched until cheques have cleared.
Is my online payment safe?
Yes. All transactions to the Health Emporium website are encrypted to a Secure Server before being sent to us.
We do not store or share financial information with third parties.
When will my order be sent to me?
We will always try to dispatch your goods within 48 hours of receipt of order, assuming we have the item/s in stock. Delivery to UK addresses is usually the next day and overseas addresses between 2 to 5 days later. Please allow more time for delivery at busy periods like Christmas. If your item is not in stock, we will send you and email with the expected delivery date. We are not responsible for any customs charges levied on international orders or from any delays caused due to customs inspections.

We will accept returns up to 30 days however the customer is responsible for the shipping costs and we may make a small handling charge.
