Black Seed Oil supplementation improves the control and biomarkers of Asthma
Poor compliance with conventional asthma medications remains a major problem in achieving asthma control. Black Seed oil is used traditionally for many inflammatory conditions such as asthma. This 4 week random controlled trial reported a significant improvement in the Asthma Control Test.
