How To Take

Take one (1) to three (3) softgels daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.

For the proven heart health benefits you need 3 capsules a day. For your brain, vision and blood lipids (triglycerides), 2 softgels a day are enough. If you eat fish regularly and just want a top-up, one capsule per day may be enough.

Warnings
