As a food supplement:

FOR ADULTS

• Take 15 – 30 drops, 2-3 times daily in a little fruit juice or water.

FOR CHILDREN

• 2-5 years, take 5 drops daily
• 6-10 years, take 5 -10 drops daily
• 11-15 years, take 10 - 15 drops daily
• Not suitable for children under 2 years

Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Not to be used during pregnancy or lactation unless recommended by a healthcare practitioner.

Shake before use. Store in a cool dry place, out of the sight and reach of children.
