Our collagen supplement is a rich source of amino acids such as Glycine and Proline that are commonly low in most protein sources.
One scoop of our collagen powder provides a high strength shot of easy-to-absorb hydrolysed collagen.
Per 7.5g serving
Wild-caught Marine collagen (Type 1) 7500mg
Take 1/1.5 servings once or twice a day with or between meals.
Mix with at least 200ml of water or juice. Can be used in warm drinks such as coffee or ginger tea.
