Nordic Naturals Prenatal DHA (unflavoured) is a pure and fresh source of the omega-3s that your growing baby needs for brain and nervous system development, and that helps to support a healthy pregnancy.
Research shows that healthy DHA (Docosahexanoic acid) levels in mothers during pregnancy and lactation support brain and visual development in babies. Prenatal DHA also provides nutritional support that may support normal mood balance for mothers before, during and after pregnancy in small-easy-to-swallow soft gels.
Nordic Naturals Prenatal DHA fish oil is highly absorbable, from fresh sea fish (anchovies, sardines mackerel and herring), with no fishy after taste. This is an unflavoured fish oil supplement.
Each serving of 2 soft gels delivers a total of 830mg of Omega-3s as follows –
