VM-75® is a one tablet a day formula of vitamins and minerals, based around a 75mg B 
complex, ideal for those needing a comprehensive and convenient one a day 
multivitamin. VM-75® also contains citrus bioflavonoids, hesperidin and rutin.
VM 2000® is a suggested two tablets a day of generally higher potency vitamins and 
minerals, based around a 100mg B complex. It provides a divided dose for optimal 
nutrient support throughout the day. VM 2000® also contains the amino acids taurine, L-ornithine and L-glutathione. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein.
VM-2000® also provides higher levels of iron compared to VM-75® (10 mg vs 2.5 mg). Iron 
contributes to normal cognitive function, normal oxygen transport in the body and to the 
reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
