INGREDIENTS: Hand brewed with love andpurified water, BIO LIVE CULTURES: bacillus subtilis, bifidobacterium bifidum, bifidobacterium breve, bifidobacterium infantis, bifidobacterium longum, lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus bulgaricus, lactobacillus casei, lactobacillus fermentum, lactobacillus plantarum, lactobacillus rhamnosus, lactococcus lactis, saccharomyces boulardii, saccharomyces cerevisiae and streptococcus thermophilus; and organic molasses (used up). HERBS: bacopa, chamomile, ginger, hops, jujuba, lavender, linden blossom, moringa, oat straw, passionflower, rosehip, siberian ginseng and valerian. Apple cider vinegar, sea water concentrate. Adults take 15ml (1tbsp) 30-60 minutes before bedtime, daily.

Children take 5-15ml.
