Guaraná seed has been used by indigenous Amazon tribes for centuries to help to reduce mental fatigue, and to help increase concentration and alertness. The Guaraná plant gains its energizing benefits from a number of actives that are found in the seed, including caffeine, theophylline and theobromine. These stimulants are found in a complex named Guaranine that provides gentle stimulation over a period of several hours, without the peaks and troughs in energy that is associated with many sources of caffeine. The level of caffeine found in the recommended daily dose of GoGo Guaraná (two capsules) is less than that found in a single cup of coffee!

Ingredients
Ground Guaraná seed** (Paullinia cupana) from Brazil, capsule shell: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Not suitable for children, pregnant women and persons sensitive to caffeine.

Dosage:
2 - 4 capsules per day half an hour before food or as recommended by your practitioner. 2 capsules may be taken half an hour before exercise if being used for fat burning/energy boosting for sports activities.
