When made into a paste, Amla can be used as an organic exfoliator for your skin, and as a natural hair conditioner too.
Amla Face Mask:
You'll need 2 tsp of fresh mashed avocado, 1 cup of hot (not boiling) water and 2 tsp of Amla powder.
