Traditional herbal medicinal product for use in the temporary relief of symptoms associated with mild stress such as mild anxiety and to aid sleep, exclusively based upon long-standing use as a traditional remedy. Always read the leaflet.

To relieve symptoms of mild stress and anxiety:

Adults and the elderly (18 years and over):
25 to 30 drops twice daily

To aid sleep:
Adults and the elderly (18 years and over): 30 drops in a little water half an hour before bedtime.

Do not take more than 90 drops over a period of 24 hours.
