The oil is further filtered to produce a polished water-free, high quality, organic coconut oil. This process maintains the natural elements of the coconut and so is referred to as ‘virgin’. Non-virgin and non-organic coconut oils may include processes such as refinement, alongside bleaching and deodorizing.
