Maxicol Capsules combine natural soluble dietary fibre and friendly bacteria, which can help promote healthy intestinal activity, digestion and colon regularity as part of a healthy diet.

Ingredients: Psyllium husk powder 336mg, Fructo-Oligosaccharides 80mg, Lactobacilus Acidophilus & Bifidum Probiotic Complex 60 million cultures.

Directions for Use: Take two to three capsules twice daily before meals with a full glass of water. The capsules can be opened and the contents mixed with water for children (over 5 years of age) and consumed immediately. Alternatively use Optima Maximum Psyllium Husk Formula.
