Mastic Gum is a natural resin from the Pistacia lentiscus tree which is found on the Island of Chios in Greece. In recent trials at Nottingham University Mastic Gum was shown to eradicate Helicobacter pylori, the bacteria responsible for stomach ulcers and poor digestive health.
