Each tablet contains the powdered dried juice of: Acerola 480mg, Passion Fruit 60mg, Sea Buckthorn 10mg, Prickly Gooseberry 1mg, Blackcurrant 1mg, Lemon 0.5mg. Also contains fructose, maize starch and magnesium stearate (vegetable source) to 1030mg.

  Adults: 1 tablet twice daily.

  Children (6-12 years): 1 tablet daily.This product is not recommended for children under 6 years of age.
