Refunds Policy

We are confident that you will be happy with the goods you have ordered.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy, simply return your goods to us in their original condition within 30 days and we will issue a full refund, excluding delivery cost, or issue a replacement.

We will be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of our error. We can, of course, only process returns and refunds for items purchased from www.health-emporium.co.uk. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Payments

health-emporium.co.uk accepts all major credit/debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Delta, Maestro, Solo and American Express. We won't charge your cards until your goods are ready to be despatched.

If you are paying with your credit card from overseas, you will be charged the price in UK sterling, and your credit card merchant will convert this into your local currency.

With regards to paying VAT outside of the UK, countries within the EU will pay VAT on the goods that they buy. Below is a list of countries that will pay VAT.

Placing An Order

When you place an order with health-emporium.co.uk, we use a secure server. The secure server encrypts all the information you input before it is sent. We are required by the UK Data Protection Act of 1984 and 1998 to follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of this information that you provide, to prevent unauthorised access. We regard this act very serious, and you can be feel safe that all information held is secure.

Orders over a certain weight may require a specific postage level to be agreed before shipping.

Forwarding of information on Third Parties

We do not sell, trade or rent information to third parties. We may use statistics gathered on site usage when dealing with third parties, but this will not include information on individuals.

health-emporium.co.uk guarantees safe shopping. We use the latest in secure server technology for your secure internet transactions. It encrypts and scrambles all your personal information, including credit/debit card details, so that the information cannot be read whilst travelling over the internet.

If you are still uncomfortable giving us your card details over the internet you can order your goods by phone, have your card details handy and call us on 0044 (0) 1462 436881. Or by post, simply download the order form, print it and send it to us with your cheque. You have the option to pay by cheque on the website as well.

Just choose the products you want to buy from us, continue to checkout, and choose cheque as preferred method of payment, you only need to give us your name, address and email address, then print the order confirmation page and send it to us with your cheque.
