Art of Wellness was started to help others to lead a more holistic and healthy lifestyle. The techniques used encompass relaxation through music and breathing techniques, meditation, flexibility through pilates and yoga, and strength training for optimal functionality. We advocate a plant based diet, focusing on natural and organic foods. All classes have the option of private, semi-private or group bookings.
