Circulation
Poor circulation is one of the many reasons why people feel tired all the time. Apart from obvious reasons such as lack of exercise, there is also diet to be taken into consideration. Deep breathing enhances circulation throughout the body, but the average person only breathes into the top part of the lungs. Deep breathing maintains good circulation and is of utmost importance for good health. Nutrients are transported via the bloodstream and only a healthy bloodstream will deliver the nutrients to all parts of the body. If there is congestion (such as in varicose veins), certain cells and parts of the body become deficient and dis-ease sets in.
