Massage Balm with Arnica

A traditional herbal remedy for the symptomatic relief of rheumatic and muscular pain and stiffness as well as backache, fibrositis, sprains and bruising. An excellent oil for massaging into the affected area, bringing warmth and relief of pain, and to help prevent stiffening. Made with organically grown arnica, birch, lavender and rosemary.

Massage Balm with Calendula

A soothing combination of chamomile, calendula, birch and lavender, as a gentle oil to relieve muscular tension. Ideally applied after a warm bath or shower, whilst the skin is still moist.

Arnica Ointment

Rhus Tox Ointment

Ruta Ointment

For symptomatic relief of sprains. Recommended where tendons and ligaments are affected, where pain is due to excessive physical activity.

Copper Ointment

A warming remedy for symptomatic relief of muscular aches and pains. Helpful where there is associated cramp: apply to the feet and legs at bedtime. Massage in an upward direction.

Calendula Ointment

For treatment of cuts, minor wounds and abrasions such as superficial grazes. Made with organically grown calendula, with anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and wound healing properties.

Hypericum/Calendula Ointment

A traditional herbal remedy for relief of painful cuts and minor wounds, mad with soothing calendula and hypericum. Apply direct or on a dry dressing.
