No special diet plan is required: however, we recommend that you reduce your intake of carbonated drinks, tea, coffee, salt, sugary and fatty food and alcohol and increase your intake of fresh fruit and vegetables and still mineral water.

Directions: Take one tablet three times a day, before meals, with a large glass of still mineral water for 10 days.

To help ensure the elimination of toxins, it is advisable to drink 1.5 litres of still mineral water per day.
