About the authors Patrick Holford is one of the world's leading authorities on nutrition and mental health. In 1984 he founded the Institute for Optimum Nutrition. He is director of the Brain Bio centre in London and has written more than twenty health books, many of them bestsellers, including the New Optimum Nutrition Bible, which has sold over a million copies worldwide.
Deborah Colson DipION MBant is a clinical nutritionist who trained at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition. She specialises in the treatment of children with behavioural and teaming problems at London's Brain Bio centre.
